We have tested in the example of the scaling of the largest Lyapunov exponent, see Fig. $fig:K07$, that if the initial states are uniformly distributed, $\psi(q)=\delta(q-q_0)$, then the local eigenmodes are exactly the ones we found from ($eq:eigenvalues$) and the dynamical evolution is characterized by the mode which has the largest Lyapunov exponent. Therefore, we have numerically verified that our results are independent of the initial choice of the distribution of the angle $\psi(q)$. In summary, we have presented a systematic framework to compute, in the framework of the Schrödinger equation, the Lyapunov exponents and other related dynamical properties of quantum graphs. We have focused on the class of one-dimensional time-independent graphs but our results can be easily generalized to higher-dimensional structures. This method allows us to study both the classical Lyapunov exponents and the Lyapunov exponents associated with the quantum dynamics of graphs. In particular, the results obtained so far in the two-body quantum system are used to explain the stability of the quantum Lyapunov exponents against a perturbation of the eigenmodes of the system.
